End of Day 5

Well another day inside has got me about to loose my mind! Ha. Good thing I don't have bad stuff to be eating, ha!
We have been experimenting with various kinds of frozen berries in our shakes!

SO, today we had:
Chocolate Protein Mix
Fiber Booster
Truvia
Almond Milk
and... BANANAS!!!
Yes, chocolate bananas is exactly what it tasted like!! SO good :)

Regular chocolate shake for lunch and leftover Chicken Chilie, YUM!

I really think the key to this diet for me is going to be keeping my blood sugar level high. I have to keep fueling myself. It maybe with tea, fizz tab, chew or a healthy snack but I have to stay full. I think that is a common thing, so I don't feel like I am "having a hard time" because I am cutting down my calories considerably and drawing out all those bad chemicals. So, I am still going strong!

AND... I have LOST 4 LBS already!! :)
