The Basic Shake



What you need for the basic shake:
2 scoops Protein Mix
1 scoop Fiber Powder
8 oz Water
*I like to add about a half cup of Almond Milk!*

This is a special "shaker" cup made to mix up the drink. It comes with a small whisk-like ball that drops down into your drink mix and all you have to do is shake the cup! The whisk mixes it all for you :)
