Day One: Snack and Dinner

This afternoon I treated myself to a delicious drink with
a half Citrus Fizz Tab and a half Pomegranate Fizz Tab!


Dinner:
Feeling Fit Taco Soup
*look for low sodium and organic when possible
2lbs Ground Turkey
1 Onion, chopped
1 Can Diced Tomatoes
1 Can Diced Mexican Tomatoes
1 Can Diced Green Chilies
1 Can Diced Tomatoes with Chilies
1 Can Kernel Corn
1 Can Pinto Beans
1 Can Black Beans
1 Can Kidney Beans
1 Pkg Taco Seasoning
1 Pkg Ranch Dressing Mix

Sauté ground turkey and onion in a skillet. Empty all cans into crock pot. Add ground turkey and onion into crock pot. Add taco seasoning and ranch dressing mix.
Add one cup water. Cook on high for 6 hours.

*this is basically Paula Deen's Taco Soup, with some healthy substitutions.
