Day 3... Look at Me!! :)

Well here I am at the end of day 3 and I have to say that I feel great! I thought I was going to be more cranky and upset, not getting to eat as much. But these products are great and really help me have the energy and mood to get through the day without feeling like I am starving!! The chews actually have an ingredient in them that is a MOOD BOOSTER! Um...hello! How great is that! Since we have been tucked so nicely away in our home during the Blizzard of 2011, I haven't had much activity. I am glad to know I have been eating well and done well despite the ice cream in my freezer. :)

Today:

9am: Detox Tea
10am: YUMMY Shake with frozen berries
1pm: Seconds on my favorite frozen berry shake!
3pm: Fizzy Tab!! Yum!
9pm: *late dinner :( I had an Arbonne meeting that set me off my schedule for dinner

I had Turkey Chili (Made with pulled chicken tonight)
1 1/2 teaspoon olive oil
1 pound ground turkey (or chicken)
1 onion, chopped
2 cups water
1 (28 oz) can canned crushed tomatoes
1 (16 oz) can canned kidney beans, drained, rinsed, mashed
1 tablespoon garlic, minced
2 tablespoons Chili Powder
1/2 teaspoon Paprika
1/2 teaspoon Dried Oregano
1/2 teaspoon ground Cayenne Pepper
1/2 teaspoon ground Cumin
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon ground Black Pepper

Heat the oil in a large pot over medium heat. Place turkey in the pot, and cook until evenly brown. Stir in onion, and cook until tender. Pour water into the pot. Mix in tomatoes, kidney beans, and garlic. Season chili powder, paprika, oregano, cayenne pepper, cumin, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer 30 minutes. Top with slices of avocado.
