Day 2


Well with day two down, I have to say that I feel great! I have more energy than I thought I would and I just feel fresh! I am excited about how this is going to turn out for me...

Breakfast: Protein Shake


*This is such an amazing shake!*
2 scoops Protein Powder (choc or vanilla)
1 scoop Fiber Powder
1/2 cup Almond Milk
1/2 cup Mixed Berries
1-2 Packets of Truvia



Final Result, yes, its purple... because of the berries ;)


I really do enjoy this shake. It is think so it is actually substantial and when I finish it, I want another. It tastes good with the chocolate or vanilla!

I love them :)

Mid way through my day is my hardest time to be tempted. I get munchie and need to bite into something, because up until this point in my day I have had ONLY liquids. This is where I turn:

Crunch carrots and almond butter! It tastes like peanut butter to me! LOVE IT!
Accompanied by a fizz tab.

I also love the chews. These are chocolate and I also love the caramel flavor!

And now, as I close my day, I am having another detox tea with almond milk :)
